Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, deploying, or using an EVE Box, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use EVE products or services.

Product License

EVE Boxes are sold with a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the embedded software for its intended purpose. You may deploy evein any physical location for lawful purposes. The license is non-transferable unless the device itself is sold or gifted.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use EVE Boxs in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Deployers are responsible for the content and communications transmitted through their evenetworks. eveTechnologies is not liable for user-generated content on locally deployed networks.

Warranty

Each EVE Box comes with a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events. See our warranty documentation for full details.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused devices in original packaging. Defective devices are replaced at no cost within the warranty period. Contact support@eve.civoraa.org to initiate a return or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

EVE Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of EVE Boxs. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the device.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of EVE products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
