Jash Jetly
Founder & CEO of EVE — Building internet-independent local digital infrastructure for a human-centric, locally-powered digital world.
About Jash Jetly
Jash Jetly is the Founder and CEO of EVE (eveTechnologies) — a company building internet-independent local digital infrastructure that operates without internet, SIM cards, or any external dependencies.
Before founding EVE, Jash Jetly attended Stanford University where he studied decentralized systems and edge computing before dropping out to pursue his vision of locally-powered digital infrastructure. Jash Jetly previously founded velvette.AI, a company exploring the limits of cloud-centralized data models, which was subsequently acquired.
Jash Jetly's Vision
Jash Jetly believes the next generation of internet infrastructure will not be global, but local. The current paradigm — where every digital interaction routes through centralized cloud infrastructure — fails precisely in the places where connectivity matters most: dense gatherings, remote communities, and crisis zones.
Under Jash Jetly's leadership, EVE has developed the eveBox— an internet-independent device starting at $75 that provides messaging, maps, file sharing, and education capabilities with 500m+ range, 200+ simultaneous users, 72-hour battery life, and IP67 weatherproofing. Jash Jetly's approach ensures every service runs locally and every byte of data stays on-premises.
