EVE Box goes into mass production
We are thrilled to announce that after three hardware design iterations, extensive field tests, and months of optimization, the EVE Box hardware is officially entering mass production.
Our team has been working closely with manufacturing partners in the US and internationally to scale assembly lines, source critical RF and secure enclave components, and establish rigorous quality control procedures. Here is the journey of how we reached this milestone and what it means for the upcoming shipments.
Sourcing RF and Enclaves
One of the main challenges of scaling EVE Box production was sourcing components that met our strict security and range requirements. Each EVE Box features a custom RF front-end optimized for 500m+ mesh coverage and a hardware secure enclave to store private keys.
Obtaining consistent supply chains for these components required setting up direct partnerships with silicon fabricators. We opted for an ARM Cortex-M33 architecture featuring TrustZone, allowing us to completely isolate cryptographic operations from the main OS.

Field Testing Success
Before entering mass production, we deployed pilot networks at five major universities. These environments tested EVE Box relays under:
- High Load: Up to 250 concurrent users per access node.
- Adverse Conditions: IP67 waterproofing tested in torrential rain and freezing temperatures.
- Dense Interference: Routing packets through concrete walls and saturated 2.4GHz spectrums.
The devices operated continuously for over 1,000 hours, proving the durability of our enclosures and the stability of the mesh routing protocol.
Timeline to Delivery
